Prices, Currencies, and Payment

The prices of products offered on FrenchFlavorLab are indicated in U.S. dollars (USD), inclusive of all applicable taxes.

The payment amount is automatically converted into euros (EUR) by the payment processor, based on the exchange rate in effect at the time of the transaction.

Any bank or currency conversion fees applied by the customer's financial institution remain at the customer's expense.

As a self-employed entrepreneur under the French micro-entrepreneur tax regime, Value Added Tax (VAT) does not apply, in accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (Code Général des Impôts).

Products Sold Directly on the Website

Payments for products sold directly through FrenchFlavorLab are processed via secure payment providers such as Systeme.io, Stripe, or PayPal.

The prices displayed on the website at the time of purchase are binding and do not include any additional fees that may be charged by the chosen payment platform.

FrenchFlavorLab reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed, subject to availability.

Product Access and Delivery

Digital Products

Once payment has been successfully processed, the customer immediately receives access to the purchased digital product (recipe collection videos, PDF guides, bonus materials).

Access may be provided via:

  • Automatic email containing download links or access credentials,

  • Direct access after payment confirmation through the customer account area,

  • Access to a secure member area with lifetime availability.

Important: The access link and credentials are strictly personal and must not be shared, resold, or distributed to third parties under any circumstances.

Any unauthorized distribution or sharing constitutes a violation of copyright law and may result in:

  • Immediate revocation of access,

  • Legal action in accordance with the French Intellectual Property Code.

Technical Support

Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Digital Products

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided other than on a physical medium, once its execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent.

By confirming their order and immediately accessing the digital product (recipe videos, PDF guides, etc.), the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

  • the execution of the service begins as soon as the payment is confirmed and access is granted, and

  • they irrevocably waive their right of withdrawal.

Therefore, no refund will be granted after access to the digital content has been provided, except in the following cases:

Exceptions - Technical Issues

A refund may be granted if:

  • The customer experiences a proven technical issue attributable to the seller that cannot be resolved,

  • The content is materially different from what was described at the time of purchase,

  • The files are corrupted and cannot be replaced.

In such cases, the customer must contact support at contact@frenchflavorlab.com within 14 days of purchase, providing:

  • Order number and proof of purchase,

  • Detailed description of the issue,

  • Screenshots or evidence of the problem (if applicable).

FrenchFlavorLab will first attempt to resolve the technical issue. If resolution is not possible, a full or partial refund may be issued at the sole discretion of FrenchFlavorLab.

Products purchased through affiliate links are subject to the refund and withdrawal policies of the partner's website.

FrenchFlavorLab does not intervene in the management or processing of refunds for these external products.
